Shoe stitches problem in 1 month

I bought bata shoes on 15/10 price 1799/-, but its stitches cuts automaticaly after 15 days, i gave it back to bata showroom on 10/12, but they didnt stitch it as original, they stitch it like roadside worker, when i ask them that i want original like stitches they reply me very rashly and told me that we cannot stitch it like before, when i ask for replacement they told me that do whatever u want we dont care, now i leave that shoes in the showroom, but they thorwn this shoes in front of me and told me that do whatever we dont care about anyone,

please tell me what should i do for raplacement of my shoes?
