Shoe broken

Sir;

I have complained regarding a shoe purchased at Bata India limited, Exhibitin road Patna on 05-04-11.Shoe is comfit black number 7855-601101037.Sole of the shoe is broken after one and half month. Ihave complained on 05-04-11 but still now i could not get reply from customer services.please;suggest the manager to return the shoe.
