Torn shoe

I had bought shoes in march for office use. Within 8 months the entire sole was torn off. When i complaint this tear of the shoe to the the store manager he refused to do anything. It means that the quality of Bata is that poor that the shoes does not last for more than 8 to 9 nine months. The quality of Bata is worse as compared to that of shoes made in CHINA.
