No repair and replacement as guarenteed while buying

I was promised by the sales executive that if the sandal needs ny repair in one months time they would do it for free ans would also replace if required, and one doesnt need a to show cash memo or nything as it is their duty to help all the bata customers.

but when i went their they said they need both the leg sandal so i went back and came again and now they r saying that bata company has stopped with the repair and replacement service...

now what am i suppose to do??? they r just making me fool and waisting my time... literally playing pranks on customers...

plz do the needful!
