I purchased shoe on 11-01, order was completed successfully amount also deducted from my account. But till now I did not get the product. Order ID 10047014. I given complaint to the customer care, they gave me a complaint no: 201202251 on 24-01. If I tell the complaint no they just telling that it is under process… what I have to do??
