Damaged shoe

I had purchased a power shoe from BATA outlet guwahati silpuhri Branch. The shoe was damaged just after two weks. The manager of BATA silpukhri Branch Guwahati was aggressive and unapproachable, when I went to lodge a complaint against the damaged shoe. I have tendered an application as a complaint against a damaged shoe which i purchased on 28th april and it was damaged on 15th May. I filed the compalint on 16th May. I hope the complaint will be addressed at the earliest but the manager conveniently asked me to wait for 10 days to revert me back.kindly look into the matter.
