Bata Hush Puppie sandals
Given for repairs / 3 weeks no progress

I bought a pair of Hush Puppie leather Sandals at Bata showroom on Commercila street Bangalore about a year ago. The velcro tape for fastening the sandal gave away early this month. I handed over the same to Bata showroom on Royapettah Road where it is the only Bata outlet which accepts repairs.

It is more than 3 weeks since I have given the sandals and still I see no progress. If it takes a month to stitch a new velcro tape of less than 3" length, I wonder what this company is capable of. Since I am partially disabled and need the sandals very badly, I am approaching through this forum. Please Help!
