Cancellation after 4 days for no valid reason

I placed an order on bata 10031131 on the 6thh october and the same was cancelled on 11 oct (EVEN THOUGH THE STORE POLICY IS NO CANCELLATION ONCE PAYMENT PROCESSED) even on informing them that I am ready to accept a change on order for a higher priced model the cancellation was done and this costed me the banking charges. customer care too sucks as they abruptly cut calls to finish the call
