No revert on the Compensation for the Shoe which Cracked within 2 months of usage

Respected Sir,

Please be informed that I had purchased a shoe from Bata's Authorized Showroom and the shoe cracked within 60 days of usage. When I approached the showroom they asked me to register my complaint online which I did in January. Since then Its almost been a month. I have also communicated via an email but to that also there hasn't been any reply. Please go through the following details :
