Price charged more than the Printed MRP price on the footwear

Dear Sir,

I have seen a footwear in Bata retail shop which is located a Amerpet X road. The price on the footwear is printed as 449.00 but the shop owner has charged me 499.00 when I asked him he told me that its wrongly printed and when i asked him to show the price in the system with the product code he told that system is not working and he gave me manual hand written bill. I asked him to show other piece of same size and model. he rejected to show and told he has only one piece.

I have told to give a complaint form so that i can write complaint to the company he told that he is not having and gave me customer feedback form which I did not fill it and cam out of the shop.

for the safety purpose i have given the payment through Credit cards so that i have the payment details with me.
