Defected shoe

Hi,

I bought a pair of shoes (5516875 Cheryl) from Bata Store (Bata India Ltd, 4D Cannaught Place, New Delhi) on 4 Feb. I wore it once and both the heels came off. I filed a complaint on 10th Feb. I was asked to buy a replacement pair of shoes but the store does not have the sizes available for the shoes I liked.

Either I should be free to buy shoes from other Bata Stores or I should be refunded the cost of the defected shoes.

I have both the cash memo and the complaint slip with me.
