Respected sir,

I Gunjan sarna have bought a pair of sandals article no.5716910 from one of your bata showroom located at metropolitan mall, mehrauli gugaon road guragon as on 09/08. Now its strap has been detached.

I would like to know that now the sandal can be replaced by your company or it will be repaired
