I'm sending this mail to bring on your attention to the unsubstantial quality of your foot wears especially in the category of ladies canvas shoes. I'm a regular customer of your company from last 10 years. And now i fixed up on to stop buying products of bata as i have experienced repeated ruination of bata shoes. If i explain you about my last purchase, I bought the canvas shoe on 18th of this month and it got spoilt by the day before. I'm sorry to say that it doesn't even complete a week and the product is very much lacking in quality. I feel its better stop bluffing faithful customers as bata is an esteemed company. Please look in to it and rectify.
