POOR QUALITY OF THE SHOE SOLE

Dear Sir,

This letter is being mail to you with reference to a pair of black leather shoes with product number: 8516944 (LORNA) priced at Rs.1299/- which I bought from your branch store at Trivandrum under cash memo: 05-06-10/1/0056 at the following address 28/2425 Opp. S.M.V School, Overbridge, Trivandrum 659 001.

Though I bought this pair of shoes on 05/06, as I was away on official duties for about 4 months, it is very disheartening to find that about a month ago, when I started using the above- mentioned pair of black leather shoes, after two weeks the base sole of the shoe (left side) began to crumble and to get worn out, but the right side shoe is spotless until today.

I went to the above mentioned showroom to lodge a complaint about the same, the sales staff and the manager directed me to mail a complaint to you on being unable to handle my case. I have been

patronising products of Bata from my school days but I am very disappointed and displeased with this product and service given to me.

As I do certainly want to continue using this pair of shoes, please do the needful to help me get the replacement of the sole at the earliest.
