WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in BATA JAYA NAGAR BRANCH

Hi,

I had been a regular BATA customer for about more than 15 years now...

The customer service at the below branch

is the one that i will NEVER EVER forget in my life. The Staff named 'KUMAR' at the Men's Shoe section(@ 1st floor) SHOUTED at me and asking me get out of the STORE, since the time execeeded 9.30PM.

He was accopanied by two other staff who were literally shouting at me at HIGH PITCH, when i requested for a 10 mins more to finalyze my Formal Shoe at this shop.

I could hardly beleive that the STAFFS in BATA act as highly UN-PROFESSIONALS (more like a staff in SLUM area shops).

For sure i will never again go to this shop and would also recommend my friends not to visit there..

I am not sure as to what extent this complaint would be taken seriously, but anyhow thought of bringing this to your notice..
