DEFFECTIVE SOLE

I HAVE PURCHASED BATA POWER SHOES ON 27.08.2010 FROM BATA INDIA LTD Mujawar bldg 1749 Kirloskar Road BELGAUM-590001 under receipt No.-027734 for Rs 999/-alongwith two pairs of chappals. I was shocked to notice the soles of both shoes detached and cut within two months of purchase. As I am staying 150 kms away from the store I visited the store with the complaint on19.11.2010.and the storekeeper informed me that only repairs will be made and no replacement is possible. I have left the shoes with the store. Please instruct the store to replace shoes immdtly.
