Inferior and Bad Quality Shoes

I, Mehraj Quraishi has purchased a pair of shoes worth Rs.1399/- on 10/11 from Bata Shoes Showroom located at Byculla Bridge, Mirza Galib Marg, Mumbai 400 008. The pair of shoes brought by me were of inferior quality and has some minor defect which was not detected by me at the time I purchased the shoes. After less then one month, where I had just used the pair of shoes couple of times only, the sole had major cracks.

At the very instant I personally contacted the concern shop, however the attitude and approach of the show vendor was very rude and blunt. He gave option only to replace the sole with some ordinary sole and not with the sole of Bata. They completely denied to replace or repair the shoes to the standard of Bata and further bluntly inform me to go to the concern Consumer Court and rub my shoes in order to get the justice. They even tease and used uneasy language to instigate me to indulge into fight or use abusive language.

I request the concern department to help and assist me to get justice through your kindly support and assistant.
