Bata showroom branch borivali(w)
Shoes miss by them during repair and they not refund and not give us new shoes

We bought reebok shoes rs.1399 from the bata showroom borivali (w). After that due to some damage we return shoes of them for repair. after that they call us & tell that shoes were missed. when we go to showroom they never refund for that and not give us the new same shoes instead of the missing shoes. we have the original cash memo and the repair receipt where the manager of that branch himself wrote the shoes miss during the repair & signed.i request please take immidiate action on this this indient happend on yesterday date 23-3.
