Bata
A crack on the left side of shoe at bottom

Respected Sir,

I have bought a shoe of Bata company. I have used this shoe only for 3months, and this is the first time i got complained with the shoes. I am always using the footwears of Bata company.the colour of the shoe is black, the serial number is 855-6011 and the price is Rs 1999.

Before 3days i have sent the same complaint but there wasn't any response about this. The complaint is that left side of the shoe has a crack at the bottom. I want to return to Saudi-Arabia within 1 5days, so kindly replace this shoe as early as possible.

Kindly do the needful and reply soon.
