Dear Sir/Mam,

As i am to inform you that i have purchased a product of your company as a trousers of Belmonte{code: 110213140}, of Rs.895 on 27/06, Bill No.876-11 from Pearl Collections, I-21, Lajpat nagar-II, New Delhi-110024, Contact Number:-011-66628144, in which my trouser has got damaged after the 15days of purchase which was come under the warranty for the same, i moved to the respective retail shop where they denied to make it replace i had said that i will talk to the company they said go and fight with the company its none of my business, this is not my first time when i visit to the retail shop for my problem but i had make a visit a several times for the same.

So, i request you to make the replace my trousers until & unless i have to move to the consumer court against your product.
