3Pcs of Lehengas Missing

Hi! My name is Giresh Bhagnani and my companys name is Berjouhe from Pune. I had received a Parcel for Kolkata on 1st July having reference No 00774013 containing 12pcs salwar suits and 3 pcs Lehenga Choli Total= 15pcs. But unfortunately I have just received 12pcs of salwar suit only and the 3 Lehengas were missing. We took the Open Delivery of this Parcel and made the delivery boy count the pieces which came up to 12Pcs in total.

From last 5-6days i am trying to take help from AFL Pune staff to find out about the Person who had given me the delivery but nobody is cooperating with us. There is a staff called Mrs Sabina who gave me Mr Vikas's Number and told me he would be able to guide me who the delivery boy was but he is also not helping me.

It is a shame to such a big and trusted Courier company like AFL which cannot take this matter seriously.

Please Cooperate as I want to find out who that person was from the AFL who gave me the delivery so that I can atleast tell the sender of that parcel that I did receive only 12Pcs and 3pcs were missing.
