Non Delivery of material

I purchased from above party 8.5 meters of clothing for my sofas. I was promised delivery the next day but the party called me twice, first the material we chose from catalogue he said is not available, so we were called again. We again chose material and promised the delivery next day.

He confirmed yesterday that he has go the material and due to urgency asked us to come near his house and take delivery. We waited there for one hour and he (Nirbhay Shah) did not turn up. He had given a mobile number which was coming switched off.

The person is a a fraud and has failed to deliver on promsied date and I have gone through mental tension and request for refund of INR 1223 and Rupees 500/- towards my conveyance and Rs 500/- for mental tension which I have gone through.(His phone number 0265 2423528 and 0265 2412641)
