Blackberrys/ Cord Trouser
Tore Like Acid Burn

I have purchased one Blackberrys cord trouser under the tax invoice No. 047, date 11 11 but sorry to inform that within month few portion of that trouser got red spot and tore as if acid has been poured. I have complained to my local retailer from where I purchased M/S Bhaskar men's World. Address -441, Diamond Harbour Road, (1st Floor) Behala, Kolkata-700034.Ph No. 033 2407 1786/36, there VAT No19629231080 & CST No 19629231274, but they did not entertain my complain and asked us to contact directly to the Blackberrys company I feel very astonished that reputed company like Blackberrys has no standing instruction on there retailer to look after customers complain, I think that what happened in my trouser was absolutely manufacturing/cloths problem.so I want the company to take back my trouser and give me a new one.
