Nuisance Behavior of the salesman of Levis Signature, Sourav Mukherjee

On 8th Aufust, we visited Brand Factory at around 7:30pm. I've asked for a Ladies Jeans from the Levis Signature Salesman, Sourav Mukherjee. For continuously 10-15 minutes he has shown me gents jeans without revealing anything or stating that in this Levis Signature stock they've only gents one. I've asked him 5-6 times by looking at the fittings & design of jeans. But he didn't bother. When I've called my husband before going to the Trial Room, & he has also asked the same thing, then that guy has disclosed that the stock is only for men...

I've lodged a complain & tried to speak to any of the management person. But they've taken it very casually & didn't take any step against that gut... neither even an apology...

IS THIS A PROPER ATTITUDE OF A SALES MAN OF FUTURE GROUP??? DOES FUTURE GROUP KEEP EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS, WHO ARE SEEK???
