Tear of shoe

Respested Sir/Madam,

I have purchased campus shoe no.9 Fastener artical AC-9066 white from 'LALAN STORES', SION (E), Mumbai on 07.01.2012 for Rs.1, 499/-. Cash memo no. is 68513.This pair of shoe is torn within a month. The shopkeeper had told me that I could play any game with the shoes. I had only played twice with the shoe as they are sports shoes. I also used the shoe for official up and down. The shoe are torn at many spots and they are looking very odd and ugly now. As far possible I think the shoes are not repairable, probably there is manufacturing default or any other problem in the structure of the shoes. I return back the shoes to the shopkeeper of Lalan Stores on 09.02.2012.The shopkeeper stated me that there is more possiblity to replace the same. Respected Sir/Madam, please replace the shoes on urgent basis so that I can keep my reliability on the Campus Company.
