Got torned off with 1 month of purchase

I have bought pair of chappals from Palakkad showroom which got torned withn one month of purchase which cost rs1955/-.Its very disgusting to inform you that your product doesnt have minimum quality for its cost.

we select woodland for its brand name nothing else we look for. The reputed brand will keep atleast quality standards & we never look for cost.but my experience this time looks like a breach of trust under the brand name.
