WEINBRENNER Chappal

I had baught a "WINBRENNER" chappal from BATA showroom at Banaswadi Bangalore. I was confident of using for atleast 2 because of BATA brand. But I am very much disappointed. Quality is not all good. All the stiching is gone and the upper part has come out completely, both the chappals are damaged.

Can I get my money back or can I exchange for other chappal???
