Poor stitching

I had a horrible experience of Chhabra555 (at Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad). I bought a dress material of Rs.3550/- and when I asked them for tailor, they told me that they have company’s tailor who stitches very well and charged me 450 for stitching. When I went there for collecting the suit, I was totally shocked. The lining which they used was not at all matching with the cloth color. Dress material was of lemon yellow (Georgette fabric) and the lining which they attached was greenish yellow.

I am just wondering how can a professional tailor use that color and I asked them for chudidar but the one which their tailor stitched was neither a salwar nor a chudidar (something in between- dont know what was that). It was looking horrible.

I was totally disappointed and asked them to change it. Second time material of kurta was badly crushed and there were so many wrinkles on it, not ironed and finishing was not at all good. Chudidar was the same as it was earlier (improper fitting).

Likewise I went to their shop 4-5 times for some or the other reason. Now the condition of the material is that it lost its shine because of stitching again and again and wrinkles are still there.

Later they told me that their main tailor was on leave and they gt it stitched by some other tailor. They should have told me this earlier. I wouldn’t have given this to them. Now they are asking me to get it ironed by someone and giving me some stupid reasons.

I spent 4000/- on that material and all got wasted. How can they keep their customer in dark.
