Delivered to an unkown address not given by us

Dear Sir,

I am feeling ashamed of the worst services provided by DTDC a renowned courier service all over the world.

I dispatched a courier containing a lot of stichhed clothes on 12 Oct from Patna to Gorakhpur, UP and I have no idea how it got delivered to an unknown in Kolkata and the address was not even mentioned by us. The consingnment no. given by Patna DTDC office for the courier was D07009649.After I tracked this consingment no. I found it got delivered to Kolkata instead of Gorakhpur and it was so shocking for me that how is it possible. When I asked Patna DTDC office they refused to answer any of my question and instead of apologising he started telling that "you can complain anyone I am not afraid of anyone if I will not work here I will work somewhere else".

See the extraordinary stupid courage of ur DTDC Staff member how badly they are runing DTDC's reliability and fame. I am doining business and a very old customer of DTDC but never thought that our business relations will get ruined like this on such a bad note.

I am too much harrased by DTDC behaviour and service and in future never going to work with DTDC and even not ask my friends, family members and collegues to use DTDC's services coz it provides 3rd grade courier services.

I am too depressed by DTDC.

If you feel this is a big issue please take some strict actions or just let ruin your reliability like this each and everyu moment.
