Warrenty Claim

Dear Sir,

I have buy a Liberty Shoe pair 7139-01 07 from SCANDALS, Atul Market, opp. Lekhraj, Faizabad Road, Lucknow Ph. No.-05222310159 on 19th April. After using few months it was damaged. Retaiter accept the claim and repaired it. now he is asking for 25% cost for repairment. Damage was at the upper side of the right shoe. Claim was for upper Crack. Now he is notgiving shoe. Please Contact to me and Suggest Wat i Do?
