Dear Sir

With reference to your letter no E-10-616-1469 and dated 14/12.

I am very astonish that the clear defect is looking on back panel of

sweater. The main problem is that new holes has generated within 7-10

days automatically. The whole panel wool quality is very low as well

as right now there are 6-8 holes on back panel are found on sweater

and your quality checkup report came that there is not any defect.

I had purchased two sweater simultaneously from the COLOR PLUS and one

product is OK in condition now but in this product defect has been

came out automatically, which you had seen already.

We had been done complaint through COLOR PLUS SHOWROOM, SOUTH EXT.

NEW DELHI with receipt no 11937 dated 04/12. but you has been

denied to replace... I am very sad after found the rejection letter

from your side...

I am requested to you, please replace this product because of this

product is very defective and not usable. My money Rs 3495/- is going

lost due to this defected product, What i will do in this situation.

If you can not provide solution then we can not accept this

situation...

So i am requesting you to, please replace this defected product.
