Combo pack(swatch watch and a hand bag)
Product not yet delive

I have placed an order in the month of october09 for a combo pack of swatch watch and a hand bag, and i had received that after one month, and i when opened it up the watch was not working at all and the hand bag is also not same as mention in the broucher, so i called up again as soon as i received the product, they told me that one person will come to collect the product, i had called up atleast more then 20 times and they were giving me always false commitment, when i always try to talk to their senior person, again they inform me that they will call me in 12hrs, and after waiting so long, atlast the courier people came on 10/12 to recollect the product... by not informing that i have to call again to ava merchandising to inform the courier number, when i call up again regarding the product they told me till now they had not received the product in their address... and also not even update the process, everyday i have call them about the complaint and every day they have different story, these company only knows how to cheat and lie to the customer, pliz do take strick action against them..
