Faulty/Defected Slippers

I Bought a pair of Slippers of Fresh Stock From Sona Footwear (J 22A Central Market Lajpat Nagar II)

Within a span of two days the slippers was found to be defected.

in the mean time i left for the outstation and after returning in another ten days time i went to sona footwears to lodge a complaint.

The owner of the showroom promissed me to look into the matter and do the needful.

It would be impertinent if i don't mention that the owner issued me a repairing slip.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
