Promo code not recieved

I have purchased a pair of converse shoes from snapdeal.com. The deal is such that after submitting the money, you will get a promo code. With that promo code you can enter the information like address, shoes model etc. From the last 2 weeks i am waiting for the promo code, so that i can enter the above information. So many times i have called the customer care guys, some told that within 5 minutes you will be receiving the promo code, some says that they have logged my complaint and will let me know the updates, some says that error is going on therefore they are not able to send the promo code. When i ask the customer care guys who is your head so that i can ask him/her to return my money. They say you cant talk to them. Guys the site is fake. Please dont buy anything from this.
