Shoes not replaced

I bought one pair converse shoe on 27.10.2011 from Sport Division Z, Sqaure, Mall Kanpur, through credit card for Rs.1399/-. One shoe got teared off withen 2 week. My son Basant Singh approched with damaged shoe to the show room on 23rd Dec'11 and sales men had taken back the shoes and register my complain on complian book and assured to get it approved from their company officer. After one month I have been infrmed taht my claim has been approved and I shall get new pair of shoes after discounted sale will be over. When I approched on 5th March I have been informed that the concern staff is on leave and he will be come back on 15th march. Yesteterday when I again approched to the sale men then I have been informed that no such shoes is available in their shop and the satff who was on leave might not be come back.

I request to look into the matter and arrange to replace the shoes
