Lenses not upto the mark

I had purchased Airware Crizal A2 rage. However, in less than 1 months' time there were ample scratches on the lenses. After complaining regarding the same several time, no replacement was provided. The product is very useless and does not provide the results it claims for. I have purchased the same through proper invoice only.

I am a Chartered Accountant and having office work only. There is no rough use of the specs. Product Purchased from: 'Eyes N Specs', Anand Mahal Road, Adajan, Surat. (Invoice No. 1954, Purchase value of lense: Rs. 2500/-). Even the shopkeeper is also not good, providing worst services.
