I purchased a foot wear from Bata, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum on 28/06. I wore it continuously for four days. On the third day onwards it started itching on the leg. The next day the itching was unbearable and so to discontinue the use of the footwear. The footwear was the make of Comfit and it cost Rs. 500/-. I took the footwear for replacement to the showroom on 05/07, but the manager of the showroom said they had no provision for replacement for allergy, but only for manufacturing defect.
