I have placed an order with Deals And You on July 4th and still not received the order. I have written multple emails and there is no response from the customer service. Am shocked at the level of customer interaction and audacity in which the company is still operating.

As per the company policy you will get guaranteed delivery within 21 working days from the date of placing the order (D&Y would be sending a purchasers list to the Vendor who would dispatch your phone directly to your specified address). The courier partner will inform you before delivering the product at your shipping address
