1. I ordered a watch as a gift for my wife for rs. 799 from dealsandyou.Com on aug 27.

2. In the terms and conditions of the offer it was clearly mentioned that I had the option to choose between four choices of dial and strap colour combinations.

3. However when it took me some half a dozen emails and a couple of calls before it was confirmed that I would get my selected option.

4. Also in the terms and conditions it was mentioned that the watch would take 21 working days to deliver. It has been about 7 weeks and the watch is not delivered yet.

5. On requesting for a refund the customer service person at dealsandyou.Com says that this is only done on a case-by-case basis and my case doesn't qualify for that for some undisclosed reason.

In closing I must say that dealsandyou.Com is an unreliable online vendor and I will not go with them again. I request all to refrain from engaging with dealsandyou.Com or face endless harassment from them.
