Defective Shoes

I had purchased a pair of shoes from Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi Reebok branch worth 1500/- in June. In just 4 months time of usage the sole of the shoes got worn out and the pasting of the sole is also got removed. Now the shoes are in very bad shape. I am a partially physically handicapped person, last week during walking, I lost control and fell due to these defective shoes. Now i have been suffering from acute pain in my right leg knee.

I am very much disappointed and feels cheated with the inferior quality of the products the co. like Reebok is selling.

Kindly replace my defective shoes with the new one within 15 days upon receipt of this mail.
