Defective Shoes

Dear Sir,

I bought a pair of shoes EASYTONE (EASY TORN) having MRP of Rs 6000/- around 5-6 months back from Reliance Footprint, Wave Mall, Lucknow. To my utter surprise, upper of the same started tearing off. SUCH quality is thrown in the market by INTERNATIONAL BRAND just to rob the customers. Pls note that I have very limited use of sport shoes. Is there any definite solution with you for this problem other than lame excuses??
