Sir / Madam,

Myself Mrs. Manisha Pillai staying at Kalyan, Maharashtra. My mail Id is mpillai@apac.ko.com and my contact no. is 9765490245. I had ordered a Parsi work Phulkari Cotton Suit from Fashion And You (online) for Rs. 2050/-. Payment was done online through Credit card. My order was confirmed on mail dtd. 26th Nov' 2010. I recd a mail from Fashion And You stating that my order was despatched on 10th dec' 10 wide Blue dart courier AWB no. 43681575862. I tried to track the courier but found that this AWB no. does not exist. It was fake no. I later called up several times on the customer care landline no. 0124 4734999. But no one responded to my complaint. I later sent many mails to support@fashionandyou.com but all the time i receive a standard format mail. I requested for refund too. But none of them are bothered to neither answer nor deliver the order. Request your help as i am ok if either with the order or with refund.
