They shipped me used and old shoes

I would like to inform everyone in the world that I had purchased Adidas shoes under the order # 1855090, first of all I noticed that the shoes were quite old, the shoebox is very old and little bit torn and the year of manufacture is 2009. I really didn’t expect this from such a brand e-commerce website. I haven’t been able to use these shoes even once as I had to go to Bangalore for my office assignment. I came back from my Bangalore office on 4th June and 5th June morning when I opened the box to put on my new shoes, I observed closely and found that probably these shoes have been used already by someone before being shipped to me. This made me highly dissatisfied with your product and Fashionandyou Brand who are so irresponsible that they don't even check what they are sending to their customer.

I am highly dissatisfied with this product now and I want complete money back. I would request the concerned ones to recall this product and refund my complete amount or else I’ll be bound to post my bad experience on social networking websites, media and also take this matter further to the Consumer Court.
