Extreme unculcuted behaviour, on request of a simple, exchange

My sister in law got me a dress from fi, city centre on 7th september. the dress needed alteration to fit my size. When i took it to my tailor he said its difficult altreration, so its best i get it changed. On 12th september i took it to fi, city centre... they said they cant exchange without the bill... i just had the tag of the dress and not the bill... i tried to reason with them... to no avail... but thats not all... becoz i tried to reason with them... they started insulting me... the lady at the desl started a melodrama... collected four of her staff at the desk where i was standing, a present customer and pointing finger at me started story telling about my exchange... i felt extremly sorry for the this chain of fi in hand of such an incapable lady... uncultured store... was the only word i can use for fi, city centre
