Shoe Problem

I have purchased a sports shoe on month of august from your store

located at Shipra mall Indirapuram Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh India.

After two month the shole of shoes start getting detached from the

shoe. There is some kind of pasting problem with my shoe.

On month of November i visited your store twice and informed my

problem to your store manager. He recognized me and said me to bring

bill. I told him and i don't have bill but i have shoe box with me. He

said to me that he cant do anything. I should bring bill or i should

take rest at my home. I asked for duplicate bill he refused to me.

Please take a appropriate action towards it. I waiting for reply and

my shoe to be repaired.
