One item out of two was missing

I sent two gifts to ma friend... one was packed inside other... the item packed inside was much costlier than second one... when ma friend got d gift dere was no gift inside... i was much embaranced b4 my friend...

it is not d first time whn i faced such prb by ON DOT.

dere is no other service expct on dot..otherwise i would never go to dis service... doc no of ma gift was *618761684* date of delvry was oct 24
