Delay in delivery of Alteration of my Trousers

Hi,

I bought couple of Trousers from Brand Factory (A Div. of Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd., NSL Centrum, Plot No. S-1, Sy. No.1043 & 1048, KPHB Phase - I & II, Kukatpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, R.R.Dist., Hyderabad-500 072) on 23-Oct. I gave them for alteration on the same day and they said to collect it on 24th Oct at 6:30 PM. I went to them at 7:30 PM on 24th Oct (They gave me an alteration slip mentioning the same). But they said alteration was not done and they asked me to collect on 25th Oct. Because of which I was unable to wear them as they were bought as a gift for "Husband's Day".

I would like to proceed legally on Brand Factory on this.
