Hi,

I purchased globalite shoe order no 913796685, complain no 72978719, from home shop 18 after seeing advertisement but 10 days latter shoe become useless means its shoal leaving their place.

when i called to custmer care executive they told me to send courier guys to take back and for giving new one, but nobody came to me when ever i called them 10 times they told to cm every time but they r lying, cheating and giving fake product.

Stilll I am waiting for them now they don't pic my call. I want my product to be returnd anyhow.

I am going to file a case against them in consumer court, will see how they wont return my shoe.
