Bed quality of new purchased top

Myself priyanka Khadpe had purchased total three top from G Madam Boutique, bhandup shop. Out of that three tops one id sleeves less so I told them give it me with sleeves.

After two day I received my top with sleeves. But when i wear that top that time i felt that It is with bed quality. The cotton of that top is very bed & very sticky to my salwar while walking. Its look so bed.

I called that shop keeper Mr. Shankar about this then he replied that come with that top, he want to see if it can be changed than we will give you another one in exchange.

But at the exchage time he checked that top and suddenly denied to exchange the top.

Even I explanied him what a bed quality he is salling to the customer. But he told me that we are not doing this, we are wrong.

So, can i get new top in exchage this.
