Uined expensive curtains with no compensation!

We had giver 4 expensive sets of Silk Curtains worth Rs80, 000/- to" GUARDINI DRYCLEANERS" at their vasant vihar branch.. we received them back after 12 days! (4days was what we were promised) just to find then totally ruined. And the best part is, when we confronted them, they blamed our cloth quality to cover up their mistake. The company's manager not only refused to accept their teams mistake, he just bluntly refused to compensate for the damage.

All i can say is, think twice before u give yr expensive stuff to these ppl for drycleaning.. coz they surely do not have the requisite experience... n god forbid if they do happen to ruin yr stuff... then god help u ..coz u'll have some real bunch of unprofessional jokers to deal with!..All the Best!
